Join us for Family BINGO Night this Friday (April 4) at 6:00!

Mark your calendars! The PTA has been working so hard planning for Nacho Ordinary Fundraiser! It will be on Friday, April 25th at Amado’s Restaurant on Belt Line Road. You will receive the Sealed Bid Packet for auction items in today’s Tuesday envelope.  There will also be a raffle for a 32" SONY Flat-screen TV! Raffle tickets are available for $10 each in the office or Fridays after school. You do not need to be present to win (but we hope you are!). Join us for delicious food, fun and friendship!

If you’d still like to submit a donation for the grade-level auction tubs, you may turn it in to the following grade-level contacts. The deadline is this Friday, April 4th.

Kindergarten – “Reading Rocks” – Linda West
1st grade – “Eat Dessert First” – Natalie Yancy
2nd grade – Craft Basket – Samantha Steele
3rd grade – Sporting Goods – Kelly Rosenberg
4th grade – Movie Night – Yvette Testut
5th grade – “That’s Entertainment” – Stacy Birkhold
6th grade – “No Ant’s Allowed” – Jill Chris

Enrollment cards for next year are included in today’s Tuesday folder. Please complete and return these to your teacher as soon as possible, as our classes fill up quickly!

Congratulations to Suzy L. and Amanda G.. They will be recognized at the RISD School Board Meeting on April 7th for their entry in our Invention Convention. Their invention is titled Zinger Pillow.
Thanks to Jill Hance (Ryan’s mom) for the gift certificates to the Corner Bakery. We use these as drawings for staff members at our weekly faculty meetings!

We had a terrific turnout for KN Round-Up! The 3 classes are filling up quickly. So if your neighbor has been planning on coming up and enrolling for next year, encourage them to do so soon. Thank you to Sheila Baxter (Andrew and Brennan’s mom) for our refreshments! Thanks, also, to the parents who spoke on behalf of our KN program. They were Maria Cecilia Vera (Acxel’s mom), Lisa Shatz (Ivy’s mom) and Barbara Anderson (Kate, Will and Rachel’s mom).
