Thank you for taking the extra care and for helping
keep our students safe.

Remember to
bring your paper to NHE for recycling! We get money for
each pound in the bins which is used for staff development and
instructional materials for our teachers and students. Last year
120,140 pounds of paper were recycled at NHE! Way to go! |

Join us
this Saturday, October 20 as we walk in the Race
for the Cure at Northpark. We'll meet at 7:00 a.m.
in front of the north door at Macy's (Park Lane
door). Wear your pink NHE school shirt or your Race for the
Cure shirt. |

donated for staff drawings! Thank you also to Bibi Negusse (Milena
and Arianna's mom) for donating gift cards to Barnes and Noble
and to Regal Theaters. And thank you to Samantha Steele (Payton's
Mom) for the gift certificates to McAlister's Deli and to
Target! Even teachers are getting in on the act! Ms. Thomson (1st
grade teacher) donated 2 tickets to "Neath the Wreath"
gift market. |

to the 6th grade Falcons! They won the Fall PTA membership
contest! You may still join the PTA anytime during the year. But
only those who joined before Friday, October 12 will be included
in this year's directory. |
