Hat Trick for NHE
Choir, Band and Orchestra! Congratulations to 5th and 6th
grade members of our choir! They earned a 1st division, the
highest honor, at their Sandy Lake competition last week.
Congrats also go to 6th graders in Band and Orchestra! They also
earned a 1st division! This is the first time all three groups
have been so honored in the same year! I also received reports
about the excellent behavior of all three groups! Way to go!
Congratulations to
Belisha G.! Belisha auditioned and was chosen to join next
year’s All District Choir! |

We are so proud of
our 4th graders! They went to the Dallas Museum of Art last
week. Docents told Ms. Martinez that they were by far the best
behaved students at the museum and they impressed the docents
with their intelligent questions and answers! |

Please consider
having your children wear shoes with closed toes until school is
out. We have had a number of kids get bee stings out on the
playground. The district will be spraying for this after school
is out. They can’t do so yet because the playground will have to
be closed off for two weeks after they spray. |
